In India people still feel that mental illness is a taboo and don’t want to talk about it. The mere mention of a psychologist or a psychiatrist or mental illness is enough to draw back a person from the doctor.
We as parents want to provide the best care to our child thus going by these trends one can fulfill the requirements of every child and can set an example of being a modern and trendsetting parent.
Moms need to take better care of themselves while taking care of their babies. Only when the mama is healthy and happy will the baby and family be happy …
