This 19-Year-Old Shows Pictures that will Force you to Follow Traffic Rules #WATWB

Accidents do not happen, they are caused

Many times, we see people not wearing a helmet, drinking and driving, careless pillion riders with their dupattas trailing on the roads almost threatening to intertwine in the tyre. There are several hoardings and many advertisements as well but people refuse to pay heed to these traffic rules. What the rule breakers do not understand is that sometimes they land up causing harm to innocent people. And yes these people have to pay a huge price for someone else’s mistake.

What do you think would be effective so that people start following traffic rules?

19 year old, Hafiz Sajeev is on a mission to save people by spreading awareness through his photography. What is different about his mission is that he urges people to follow traffic rules so that mishaps can be avoided. I am sure when you look at his pictures you would also agree with him.

Hafiz Sajeev, the mastermind behind creating awareness through his lens

Hafiz has always had a passion for photography and is also pursuing a course in animation and visual effects. He has also taken YouTube tutorials to hone his skills, For his project, Hafiz features his sister Hasna and friend Anas. His pictures depict some innocent situations which could turn out to be fatal, like opening the door on the wrong side of the road, or the dupatta getting stuck in a tyre. He came up with this idea when after class 12 he started observing how friendly people are towards road safety measures.

He was encouraged by his girlfriend to share his work and the thought behind his work with the world. This inspired him to start an Instagram account under the name Thrikkannan, meaning the three-eyed one.

Here are some of the pictures from his work:

These scenes were created as a result of mishaps. He hopes that people can start taking note of the little things which they do on the road so as to avoid such mishaps.

Hafiz is an extremely talented photographer and his work speaks about the effort and hard work he puts behind it. I was amazed to see his Instagram page. You can follow his work on Instagram here.

Well, about me I can say that I am a certified dentist, healthcare analyst, medical writer and above all a mother of a 6-year-old. Most of my day to day activities revolve around her and she is my inspiration to start this blog. As a mother, I experimented with a lot of new things for my little one in a quest to find the best for her. I just want to share my experiences of being a happy and content mum.
