“Breakfast is my speciality. I admit it’s the easiest meal to cook, but I make everything with a twist, like lemon ricotta pancakes or bacon that’s baked instead of fried.” – Hugh Jackman
Being a chilled morning I decided to make the simple yet all-time favourite American breakfast. Halfways while preparing the food I realised that I have run out on bread and did not want to rush down to the little grocery store in the society. So instead my husband who by now was in the kitchen because of the irresistible smell of sausages suggested that we have Maggi instead. I was a little hesitant ( because when my husband cooks Maggie — it also happens to be the only thing he can cook — he cooks it with an extra dose of butter and cheese). However, I didn’t show my resistance and went ahead to help him with Maggie. Though not a typical American breakfast, our very own mix and match breakfast was not all that bad with eggs in the bell pepper, sausages, Maggie and a hot cup of coffee.
