When the Sun and Moon Greet #WordlessWednesday

Tell me what is more beautiful; how the moon lets the sun shine throughout the day or the way the sun lets the moon glimmer at night

Mornings are the best part of the day. They bring with them new promises, hopes and opportunities. I am an early riser (cause I have to prepare my daughter’s tiffin and then eventually wake her up for school). Waking up early has its own charm. When the whole world is engulfed in darkness and slumber there are few stars and not to forget the moon ready to say goodnight and make a place for the sun. Today morning I was mesmerised to see the awestruck beauty spread across the sky.

From one window I could see the full moon fading away and from the other window, I could see the glimmering rays of the sun. The two had made the sky their canvas with the darkness slowly turning to lovely hues of orange. Indeed a sight to look out for. Take a look at these majestic sights yourself:

The moon ready to go off to sleep after a hard night at work

The sun ready to take on its duties for the day

The sun visibly in action with the moon fading away

Well, about me I can say that I am a certified dentist, healthcare analyst, medical writer and above all a mother of a 6-year-old. Most of my day to day activities revolve around her and she is my inspiration to start this blog. As a mother, I experimented with a lot of new things for my little one in a quest to find the best for her. I just want to share my experiences of being a happy and content mum.

For the longest time I was up before everyone else, and saw the sun rise. It was a magical time – quiet and contemplative. You make me want to revisit that experience! Thank you for the pictures.

So cool! Did you see the wolf blood super moon the other night? It was reddish pink like the sun but at night. I love to get up early as well.

The moon is so beautiful! I can just imagine the sense of quiet and contemplation. And the feeling of having it all to yourself.
